BAPR is focused on Second Home and Rental Home Owners

Part time residents fall into many categories. Some are seasonal residents who live in their Brewster homes during the summer and return to their primary residence during the winter months. Others travel to their second home in Brewster for short periods (typically weekends) throughout the year. Still others own Brewster properties for investment purposes and may choose to rent their homes for periods of time throughout the year.

The Brewster Association of Part-Time Residents is dedicated to supporting and keeping all part time residents informed of proposed changes in Town policy/legislation. BAPR represents its members acting as their voice before the Town government. Membership in BAPR is available to Brewster property owners whose principal domicile is elsewhere. The annual membership Fee is $30.00 and is payable by January of each year.
