We are focused on Vacation Home Owners 

 Part-Time Residents fall into many categories. Some are seasonal residents who live in their Brewster homes during the summer and return to their primary residence during the winter months. Others are people who travel to their second home for short periods (typically weekends) throughout the year. Still others own their properties for investment purposes and may choose to use them very little.

The Brewster Association of Part-time Residents is dedicated to supporting all such vacation home owners by keeping them informed of proposed changes in Town policy/legislation and by being their voice before Town government. Membership in "BAPR" is available to Brewster property owners whose principal domicile is elsewhere. The annual membership Fee is $20.00 and is payable in January of each year.
